What will you do as Project Manager at Century Fence?

Century Fence is looking for a dedicated Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and implementing process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of project management experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, safety, and overall project outcomes.
• Plan, execute, and oversee process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely completion.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, construction, production, accounting, human resources, IT, etc.

What you bring:

• 3+ years' experience in project management, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, climb, and reach regularly as part of daily work.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs consistently and using shop equipment and tools safely.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc) is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle moderate noise levels in an office environment.
